Since its founding in 2014, the MCBC has followed its mission of business excellence, collaboration, and impact. MCBC continues to build upon its past to continuously support students pursuing careers across finance and strategy in an increasingly global business landscape.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Weekly education meetings cover recruiting for the most popular career functions of finance and consulting, teaching networking, interview strategies, and professionalism in fields such as investment banking and management consulting.

Professional development workshops and personalized feedback helps enhance member resumes, technical skills, and networking ability.

Education meetings also consist of upperclassmen career panels, company speaker events, semester-long projects, and competitions.

Mentorship

New members are paired with formal mentors as well as informal mentorship with all upperclassmen.

Upon acceptance into MCBC, new analysts will complete a semester long education program in the initiative of their choosing.

During the summer prior to their pre-penultimate year, analysts will complete a summer bootcamp to prepare for professional recruitment.

As a club with 12 years of legacy and leadership, MCBC has an alumni network of over 220 professionals across several industries.
